Do I own the website and accounts you set up?
Always. Every domain, email account, software subscription and website is registered in your name and your business. We keep administrator access only while we work on it and hand it over with documentation.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We build on Shopify, WooCommerce or Square depending on your products and volume, connect payments and shipping, and set up the tax rates for each province.
What does SEO set-up include?
A technically sound site (speed, mobile, structure), Google Search Console and Analytics, local SEO through Google Business Profile, and the on-page basics so your business appears for the searches your customers make in your city and province.
Do you provide ongoing IT support?
